TO MASK OR NOT TO MASK?
The CDC has recently recommended that even those fully vaccinated may inadvertently spread the new Delta variant and are recommending masks when indoors and in large groups. The Delta Variant appears to be especially easy to transmit. Please be prayerful for those impacted by COVID. Please be mindful that we have some attendees who may not be vaccinated at all and/or may have medical conditions that impact their immune system – despite vaccination. The State of Texas is not mandating the wearing of masks but we ask that you be considerate, patient, and prayerful during this challenging time. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to us via the Contact Us form or speak directly to any of the Elders or Deacons.
PHILIPPIANS 2:1-4 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
